Residential Pricing
On-site repairs start at $125 for the first hour, $65 per additional hour. Remote support is a flat $65. Specific services like laptop screen replacement start at $129 labor. We provide upfront quotes before starting work. No hidden fees.
Business Pricing
$125 per hour for on-site business support.

We set clear expectations upfront before any work begins. If we diagnose your issue and you choose to proceed with the repair, but we're unable to fix it after putting in the work, a diagnostic fee applies—your time and ours is valuable.
Diagnostic Fee
An $80 diagnostic fee applies if:
- We open your laptop or perform in-depth diagnostics and you decide not to proceed with the repair
- You want us to attempt the repair, but we're unable to fix the issue after the work is done
This fee can be applied toward the purchase of a new computer if you choose to go that route.
We also offer free follow-up support within 7 days of any completed repair.
